NaKeasha Garth is a Founder of Mu Alpha Rho Military Sorority, Inc. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she is a retired United States Navy Chief with extensive experience in organizational leadership, personnel management, administration, security management, officer management, communication, and operations.
Throughout her military career, Founder Garth demonstrated a steadfast commitment to service, accountability, and the professional development of others. Her leadership experience and dedication to excellence continue to guide her work within Mu Alpha Rho Military Sorority, Inc.
Founder Garth has served as a board member for several nonprofit organizations, contributing her knowledge and experience in governance, community engagement, organizational development, and mission-driven leadership. She remains deeply committed to strengthening sisterhood, empowering women, supporting children, and building healthier and more connected communities.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.
In retirement, Founder Garth continues to serve as a mother, Disabled American Veterans volunteer, community leader, and advocate for those in need. She is devoted to inspiring others, advancing women’s empowerment, strengthening communities, supporting children and families, and assisting individuals who are committed to creating positive change in their lives.
Founder Garth resides in Florida and is the proud mother of Elijah, Joshua, and Rose.
