A Founder of Mu Alpha Rho Military Sorority, Inc., United States Navy Reserve service member, and Army veteran with extensive experience in military administration, public administration, and operational leadership.

Deborah Peeples is a Founder of Mu Alpha Rho Military Sorority, Inc. A resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she proudly serves in the United States Navy Reserve and previously served in the United States Army. With extensive experience in military administration, public administration, management, and operational systems, Founder Peeples brings a wealth of leadership, organizational knowledge, and service-centered expertise to the sorority.

Throughout her military career, Founder Peeples has traveled extensively around the world, gaining diverse cultural and professional experiences that have shaped her leadership philosophy and strengthened her commitment to serving others. Her military service has equipped her with the knowledge, perspective, and discipline necessary to support the mission of Mu Alpha Rho Military Sorority, Inc. and its commitment to empowering military women and women veterans through sisterhood, mentorship, community service, and advocacy.

Founder Peeples is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for military women and women veterans to connect, support one another, and build stronger futures. She believes that genuine sisterhood, mentorship, and community engagement can inspire positive change in the lives of women, their families, and the communities they serve.

Her professional background includes experience in governance, community development, organizational leadership, operational management, and professional development. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration and holds a certification in Educational Leadership.

As she prepares for retirement from military service, Founder Peeples remains committed to serving her community, her country, and Mu Alpha Rho Military Sorority, Inc. Her dedication to veteran advocacy is deeply personal. As the mother of a disabled veteran, she understands firsthand the challenges faced by veterans and their families and is passionate about ensuring they receive the support, resources, recognition, and respect they deserve.

Founder Peeples is a proud veteran who continues to serve her nation while dedicating herself to the empowerment of military women and women veterans. She is the proud mother of two children and grandmother of four. Through her leadership and service, she looks forward to leaving a lasting legacy grounded in sisterhood, advocacy, integrity, and community impact.
