Mu Alpha Rho Military Sorority, Inc. is proud to distribute Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses donated by Meta to qualifying blind and low-vision U.S. veterans — with hands-on, in-person training so every recipient can use the technology confidently.

Required

Attendance at the full in-person training class is mandatory. Glasses are not issued until you complete training.

Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses are donated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Meta Platforms Technologies, LLC. Mu Alpha Rho facilitates eligibility review, training, and distribution in the United States.

Technology, training, and independence

Meta’s donated AI Glasses are paired with MAP-led, in-person instruction so veterans can put features to work safely and confidently.

Meta donates Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses to support blind and low-vision veterans in connecting through accessible features.

Train before you take home

Every recipient completes a MAP-led, in-person training session so features are usable from day one.

Sisterhood support

Our team walks with you through registration, class scheduling, and follow-up resources — including warranty and help-desk options after distribution.

Eligibility

Who can register

This program serves blind and low-vision U.S. veterans through Meta’s donation partnership and TechSoup verification standards.

  • United States veteran with honorable or qualifying service.
  • Blind or low-vision, as defined by the program eligibility requirements maintained by Meta’s nonprofit verification partner, TechSoup.
  • Able to attend the full mandatory training session in person on the scheduled date.
  • At least 18 years of age.

Registration closes August 15, 2026. Seats are limited.

After you receive your glasses

Meta invites recipients to monthly Help Desk webinars through the Blinded Veterans Association. You will also receive a donor completion letter for warranty and verification purposes.
