Required documents

Proof of military service*

DD214 (Member Copy 4), discharge or retirement orders, or current LES for active members. Redact SSN and pay information. PDF preferred; JPEG/PNG also accepted. Keep each file under about 2 MB when possible.

Blind or low-vision documentation*

Documentation that supports your eligibility for this veteran accessibility program (e.g. VA rating letter, medical summary, or other verification as requested by our team). Redact unrelated personal health details when possible.

Government-issued photo ID*

PDF or JPEG/PNG showing name and photo (driver license, state ID, or passport). Avoid HEIC/iPhone Live formats — export as PDF or JPEG.
